About the role
As a Junior Customer Insights Analyst, you will work closely with our clients, leveraging the Tastewise platform to translate business questions into actionable insights. You'll be an integral part of a constantly evolving team, helping develop and test innovative AI capabilities to enhance our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client briefs, providing data-driven insights that influence key business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine AI features and improve platform performance.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to help shape the future of our offerings.
- It is a full-time position, located in Tel-aviv 4 days from the office
Requirements
Must:
- German French Speaker (And English)
- Recent graduates from fields like Social Sciences, Psychology, Business, Biology, Economics—or any area with a research and critical thinking component.
- A research-focused degree (at any field), with demonstrated experience in data analysis, conducting research, and presenting findings.
- Basic research and statistics understanding (qualitative or quantitative), with an interest in applying these skills to real-world business and marketing questions.
- Excellent story-telling skills: able to connect the dots and build clear, engaging narratives from research.
