Fair Usage Policy

1. Why do we have a Fair Usage Policy?

This Fair Usage Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all individuals and entities using Tastewise’s software and services (collectively, “Users” or “you”). It is designed to safeguard the security, integrity, and reliability of our network and offerings. By adhering to this Policy, you help us ensure the highest standards of service and enhance your overall experience with Tastewise.

2. Project Briefs and AskTastewise

Customers in Onboarding
Customers in the onboarding phase of their engagement are encouraged to submit queries for both Project Briefs and AskTastewise as part of their onboarding process. During this phase, we can process up to 3 queries for Project Briefs and up to 3 queries for AskTastewise. To ensure the best possible experience while you are learning the platform, responses during onboarding will be delivered within a maximum of 8 business days. One-Pagers submitted during the onboarding phase will be subject to the standard One-Pager terms described below.

All Other Customers (Post-Onboarding)
You are encouraged to submit as many queries as you’d like for both Project Briefs, and AskTastewise and One-Pagers! To provide the best results, our platform delivers responses to Project Brief and AskTastewiseboth types of queries within a maximum of 5 business days, and to One-Pagers within a maximum of 2 business days. However, to ensure that everyone receives the best possible service and to maintain a fair experience for all users, we can process up to 15 queries for Project Briefs, and up to 15 queries for AskTastewise and up to 30 queries for One-Pagers each month. Additionally, no more than 2 queries from each type – Project Briefs and AskTastewise – will be processed daily within the guaranteed 5-business-day timeline.

Important to note that a User may submit either a One-Pager or a Project Brief on a given topic at a time. This means that if you submit a One-Pager on a specific topic, you may not simultaneously submit a Project Brief on the same topic, and vice versa. This structure is intended to prevent duplicative work and ensure timely delivery across all requests.

3. What if you exceed the current Project Brief, or AskTastewise or One-Pager limit?

No problem at all! If you reach the daily or monthly limit, any extra queries for project briefs, AskTastewise and One-Pagers that exceed these limits are accepted and processed on a best-effort basis, depending on team capacity. Best-effort queries for Project Briefs and AskTastewise may take longer than the business days mentioned herein to deliver.

4. Measures

At Tastewise, we’re dedicated to supporting you and addressing any concerns that may arise. If we detect a potential violation of this Policy or the Subscription Terms, we will notify you as soon as practical and work with you to resolve the issue.
