- To make the brioche buns, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, eggs, milk, and butter in a bowl. Knead until a smooth dough forms. Let it rise for 2 hours.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and shape them into buns. Let them rise for another hour.
- Bake the buns in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the buns are baking, form the ground beef into 4 patties. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the patties on a grill or in a pan to your desired doneness.
- Sauté the mushrooms and onions in a pan until soft.
