About the role

As a Customer insights specialist, you will be the main point of contact for Enterprise clients, working closely with them to deliver impactful analytical projects that influence strategic decision-making. This role combines deep analytics work with client management, ensuring that Tastewise’s data-driven insights align with and enhance clients’ business objectives.

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented analyst to perform client-focused data analysis, communicate insights, and manage relationships with key Enterprise customers. In this role, you’ll leverage Tastewise’s vast data to support our clients in understanding and responding to market trends and consumer preferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Insights Generation: Lead analytical projects for clients, using Tastewise’s platform to uncover insights that drive business success.
  • Client Project Management: Manage multiple concurrent client projects, ensuring timely delivery of reports and findings.
  • Account Management & Relationship Building: Develop strategic account plans to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Business Expansion: Work with the broader team to identify and pursue commercial opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and to improve data solutions for greater client impact.

Requirements


  • Analytical Skills: Strong background in data analysis, ideally with experience in tools like SQL, Tableau, or other BI tools.
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Background in SaaS B2B, consulting, or enterprise customer success with a focus on data-driven projects.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Client-Focused Mindset: Comfortable working directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions.
  • Adaptable and Fast-Paced: Thrives in a creative, fast-paced startup environment.
