About the role

As an Onboarding Manager, you'll ensure new customers are set up for success with our platform. You’ll guide clients through the onboarding process, providing training and support to drive platform adoption and customer satisfaction. 

** This is not managerial position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer onboarding from kickoff to platform go-live.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars for various stakeholders, tailored to their roles.
  • Manage approximately 25 client interactions weekly. 
  • Oversee onboarding project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
  • Advocate for customer needs with internal teams to shape product and service improvements.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to optimize platform use.
  • Track key onboarding metrics (e.g., time-to-value, adoption rates, satisfaction scores).

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport with C-level executives and mid-level professionals.
  • Data analysis skills to create actionable, data-driven presentations.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, customer success tools, and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • High attention to detail, adaptability, and continuous improvement focus.
  • BA/BS in Business, Communications, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
