About the role
As a Junior Customer Insights Analyst, you will work closely with our clients, leveraging the Tastewise platform to translate business questions into actionable insights. You'll be an integral part of a constantly evolving team, helping develop and test innovative AI capabilities to enhance our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client briefs, providing data-driven insights that influence key business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine AI features and improve platform performance.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to help shape the future of our offerings.
- Location - Madrid, 3 days from the office is a must
Requirements
Must:
- Recent graduates from a research-focused degree (in any field like Social Sciences, Psychology, Business, Biology, Economics) —or any area with a research and critical thinking component.
- Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Basic research and statistics understanding (qualitative or quantitative), with an interest in applying these skills to real-world business and marketing questions.
- Excellent story-telling skills: able to connect the dots and build clear, engaging narratives from research.
- Valid permit to work in the European Union (we do not sponsor visas)
