Miriam Aniel Oved
Integrated Marketing Leader, Tastewise
Miriam Aniel Oved is Head of Integrated Marketing and Industry Insights at Tastewise, the proactive AI food and beverage intelligence system that delivers before you ask. She bridges data and storytelling, turning shifts in consumer demand into insight that food and beverage brands can use to make their next move.
Miriam has been reading Tastewise data since 2018, when she joined as a content and research specialist. Today she leads the team that publishes Tastewise's reports, including the annual Food and Beverage Forecast, now in its seventh year, along with faster reports when a moment calls for one. The goal of every piece is the same: spot the shift in consumer demand early, explain why it's happening, and give brand, R&D and menu teams something they can act on.
She also leads Tastewise's thought leadership. Journalists come to her for the consumer side of a story, on topics from GLP-1s to confectionery to bananas, and she appears on most Tastewise market webinars. She came to food from education and social change work, and she still starts with the people eating the food before she looks at the chart.
