- Press the tofu to remove excess water, then crumble it into a large bowl.
- Add the chopped seaweed, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the tofu. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
