Fall still arrives as a fixed annual ritual built on warm spice and the coffeehouse cup, with reach moving between 0.8% off-season and 8% at the October peak. But the growth now sits in aromatic, floral and roasted directions building underneath those anchors — and pumpkin beer is retreating from the seasonal set.
Lime mint leads at +75% YoY, followed by osmanthus (+71%), wild strawberry (+67%), raspberry lemon (+65%), aloe vera (+62%), manuka honey and gooseberry (both +51%), lion's mane (+36%), morello cherry (+30%) and brown butter (+27%).
Proffee and shaken espresso are starting to show up among autumn drinkers. Ceremonial cacao, alcohol free wine and iced americano are moving from niche to mainstream as consumers seek ritual. Iced tea and chartreuse are scaling as trending partners, while pumpkin beer retreats. The whitespace is the aromatic non-alcoholic serve.
