About the role
We are seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a people champion, business accelerator, and change leader.
The ideal candidate will address the business challenges and needs creatively, be able to work independently and engage others, and see the big picture with a hands-on approach.
You Will:
- Act as a trusted adviser to all-level managers; proactively identify organizational needs and propose solutions.
- Work with managers to identify needs, prioritize, and lead efforts to enable employees to be their best.
- Drives business strategic growth from an HR perspective
- Supports leaders to drive high performing teams while hands-on Managing performance, talent development, team building, organizational changes, etc.
- Lead change initiatives
- Execute employee experience & employee engagement projects etc
Requirements
About You:
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner role
- Experience working in a global startup - must.
- Experience with performance management, employee relations
- Experience in project management and change management, and ability to drive programs independently.
- A true hands-on approach

- The base compensation for this role is approximately $110,00–130,000 per year. The candidate’s final compensation will be based on their skills and experience. For candidates outside of New York City, the compensation may vary depending on the local labor cost and other factors. Base salary ranges are determined by multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skills and local market benchmarks. If your expectations are outside this range, we encourage you to apply still.
