About the role
We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition partner to join our HR team!
In this role you’ll:
Manage the full life cycle of the hiring process for various positions in various locations (including the US)
Source a diverse pipeline with a focus on identifying the best talent.
Create a great recruiting experience for all candidates.
Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment.
Utilize analytics to empower managers and constantly improve the hiring process.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
Curious, passionate, positive people!
At least 2 years of Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
Someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew
