About the role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and hands-on Office Manager & Personal Assistant to join us and become part of the HR Team.

This is a dynamic, high-impact role at the center of the company - where no two days look the same. You’ll keep the office running like a well-oiled machine, partner closely with our CEO to keep things moving fast and efficiently, and support the execution of the global employee experience initiatives that make our workplace feel great.

What You’ll Do:

Own the Office Experience (TLV)

  • Run the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure everything works smoothly
  • Manage vendors, facilities, maintenance, deliveries, and all office logistics
  • Own office inventory, supplies, groceries, and overall workspace vibe
  • Be the go-to person for anything office-related

Personal Assistant of the CEO

  • Manage a dynamic calendar, scheduling, and shifting priorities
  • Coordinate travel (flights, hotels, itineraries) end-to-end

Support Global Employee Experience Execution

  • Support the execution of employee experience initiatives and events
  • Handle logistics and hands-on delivery of happy hours, celebrations, and team activities
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding logistics and employee moments (gifts, milestones, etc.)

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in office management, executive assistance, or similar roles (startup experience is a big plus)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong multitasker
  • Organizational oriented 
  • Fluent English and Hebrew (written & spoken)
  • Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information
  • A true problem-solver with a “figure it out” mindset
  • Positive, energetic, and service-oriented
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Full-time, 5 days in-office role (Sunday–Thursday, Tel Aviv)
